Seven-ish Grain Bread

My recent favorite recipe using my beloved bread machine:

Seven Grain Bread
1 room temp egg., plus water to equal 1 cup plus 1 T
2 T oil (I use olive oil)
2 t honey
1.5 t salt
1.5 C whole wheat flour
1/2 C bread flour
1/4 C of each:
brown rice flour
spelt flour
buckwheat flour
rye flour
oatmeal
2 T cornmeal
3 T gluten
2 t yeast

Put everything in the bread pan in the order listed. Select whole wheat cycle. Wait patiently while the bread machine does all the work!

*I have made this recipe without spelt and buckwheat. I just subbed in the same amount of another grain. Delish all ways!
